The Chelsea opened in 2012 and was awarded the Best New Restaurant in Fairfield County by Moffly Publications. Still going strong in 2019, The Chelsea was awarded the Best Restaurant in Fairfield by Fairfield Magazine's first ever Reader's Poll. Since opening The Chelsea has received praise from The New York Times (Patricia Brooks only complaint was that it wasn’t closer to her home) and many other publications. Owner Scott Beck (current co-owner of Little Barn in Westport and the original co-owner of Match in South Norwalk) and Executive Chef Eric Felitto (Food Network’s “Chopped” Champion January 2019) continue to produce delicious innovative spins on classic dishes and provide great service, maintaining The Chelsea’s reputation as one Fairfield County's favorite dining destinations.
