We at Pulcinella's, just like in Italy, strive to use locally grown produce, farm raised meats, and cheeses whenever possible. We import our dry pastas, vinegars, hard cheeses and oils from Italy. We make and hand roll our own pizza dough daily. We use premium mozzarella cheese, ripe tomatoes, meats and cook all pastas to order "al dente" to ensure you receive the highest quality product. It is our mission to provide you with the most authentic daily dining experience as if you were in Italy.
