Roasting and Smoking Meats is what we do best. Whether it's our slow smoked Ribs and Brisket in our custom made Lovely Leroy smoker or flash roasted Prime Rib and chicken, VittiQ offers the unique ability for our customers to truly get the best out of what BBQ truly is.
A combination of Connecticut oak & apple wood smoke take our product to special place where the meat is truly kissed with smoke. We source our meat from the best farms, all natural and humanly processed is important to us, we wont substitute this standard. As such we open only a few days a week so we can reduce, and hopefully eliminate any waste.
