In the year 1973, New Canaan Pizza & Taquería opened its doors to the Ramos family business of selling Greek pan pizza. The town quickly took in the new tradition of pizza night and for over 40 years the Ramos family delivered a delicious recipe of authentic Greek pizza. After selling pizza through the generations the Ramos family decided to move on and sold the restaurant to a very enthusiastic hard working family in 2016. In October of 2016, the Gutierrez family stepped in and began creating their own footsteps in the town of New Canaan. The Gutierrez family honors the tradition and hard work of the Ramos family by continuing to make and sell the same family recipe that has been in the town for so many decades.
