Prime Burger uses the same high quality beef, all-natural chicken and turkey and fresh salmon that we sell in the butcher shop. Our burgers are ground fresh daily right here in the restaurant. While the recipe is a secret our burgers are made from a mix of brisket, chuck and prime sirloin.
